Wahoud Group, the company that will carry out the project, Antaradus, is a joint stock company with a capital of USD 200 million. The partners are the Municipality of Tartous, which is contributing by giving the site and license to reclaim the sea frontier of Tartous Cornish, the Wahoud Group (UK) Ltd Junada , Dr. Wahoud and Kerwood Investment. The Antaradus Project was officially approved and licensed by the higher Council of Tourism.

Kempinski Hotels :

Kempinski Hotels is a German-based hotel management firm focused on 5-star luxurious hotels. In the Middle East region, Kempinski Hotels operates hotels and resorts in the UAE, Kuwait and Jordan. Kaminski Hotels agreed to manage two hotels under its brand in Syria; the two hotels are located in Damascus and will be developed by a consortium grouping Wahoud Group and the Saudi-basedNESCO Group for Hotel Investment.

Concorde Tartous :

Wahoud Group was granted a license this year to build, in joint venture with partners from the United Arab Emirates (Concorde Dubai), a 5-star 250-rooms hotel accompanied by 1000 tourist apartments in the southern region of Tartous sea façade. The project will be built at a cost of USD 175 million and invested on a B.O.T. basis for 45 years .Concorde, a  UAE – based hotel management firm, will operate  the project which spread over a total area of 225 000  square meters, the construction works will start in early 2008 and last for 42 months.



AL Nada  Hospital-Latakia :

The opening of Al Nada Hospital was in the beginning of 2006 .A top modern hospital fully equipped with high quality developed equipment for health care, diagnosis, and surgical operation rooms. Wahoud Group is an establisher and partner in this project.
